ST PIERRE MONTLIMART is located between the cities of Angers and Nantes (40km) On short distance you will find castles and The amusement park Puy du Fou is 40 minutes Jousselin (voted most visited park in the world in 2012). You can swim in the river before the house. Fishing is also possible. but must apply for a permit wich you can get for a small amount at the tabacoshop in th e village. The owners live right next to the house. but the large garden. the private terrace and the refreshing outdoor swimming pool (private) make sure you have enough privacy.
